CU Engage collaborates with campus, communities, schools, and organizations to address complex public challenges. It facilitates the development of equity-oriented partnerships that sustain engaged learning and mutually beneficial community-based research. My research involves examining engaged learning and communication practices through classroom dialogues and leadership ePortfolios.
Responsibilities:
Conducting and publishing research on dialogic and leadership communication,
Teaching undergraduate courses on dialogue across difference, inclusive leadership
Coordinating/facilitating dialogues on a variety of topics, including race, immigration, religion
Curriculum development
Outreach to faculty across campus
Developing and analyzing program assessment
Periodic training workshops for students, staff, or faculty
Assistance with grant writing

News Analysis
Helped design content analysis codebook, collaborated with other researchers and conducted news analysis for a media analysis project exploring the relationship between political news and citizenship in India
